How much will the my local or interstate
relocation cost?
The cost of your local or interstate removals will depend on a number of
factors. The best & quickest way to obtain a price for your furniture
relocation is to
complete our online form here and one of our staff will be in contact
with you shortly.
What method of payment is required?
We can bill your employer for your relocation if that is required,
otherwise we do also accept all major credit cards, certified banks
cheques and cash.
Can I pack some items myself?
Yes. You are more than welcome to pack some or all of your boxes yourself.
Although if you are dreading the packing up and un-packing, we can
certainly have our professional packing crews come in and do this for you.
Are there items I can't have moved on the
van?
Yes. As a matter of public safety, state governments & city councils at
all levels have passed legislation restricting the transportation of
dangerous goods and a number of other items as well. Some commodities may
be included in your shipment under controlled conditions while law
prohibits transport of others. Please disclose to the driver any item in
your inventory that may pose a hazard. A few prohibited items
include: gasoline, LPG bottles, oxygen, fire extinguishers, ammunition and
fireworks.
Do my appliances require special
servicing?
Some larger appliances may be required to be fitted by a professional
after being relocated, and these items may need a professional to
disconnect them as well. Like large refridgerators which have a water
supply and ice maker.
How long will it take for my goods to
arrive?
Brisbane-Sydney-Brisbane 1 to
5 working days.
Sydney - Melbourne-Sydney 1 to 5 working days
Melbourne-Brisbane-Melbourne 3 to 7 working days
For moves to and from Perth, please allow approximately 10 days.
Moves from the southern states to North Queensland approximately 14
working days.
For removals to and from other areas please contact us.
Please note that this is only a guide. A more accurate delivery schedule
can be provided by either the driver at uplift of your furniture or by
your relocation representative office.
How does the driver keep track of my
goods?
All of your furniture and personal belongings will be inventoried by the
driver upon collection, All of the items are also numbered and a brief
description of the condition of the item is listed on the inventory sheet.
Upon delivery, the driver will check off each number as the corresponding
item enters your home.
